Price lists are updated , when necessary, complete replacement and / or part of the previous edition.
Prices are not binding, Tops & Fabrics have the right to carry out price variations in any moment. Prices which are quoted are net excluding VAT.

The price list is available on the company web page, updated from the latest edition.


It is mandatory to indicate the reference code and the offer number.

Tops & Fabrics retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment is received.

Shipping and Delivery

SUnless otherwise stated, shipment will be made by the carrier of our choice debiting a contribution (including the packaging).
If there are any coupons or campaigns the shipping cost is calculated differently, you'll find an explanation of the campaign directly to the Home Page.

Always check the accuracy of the received products, if you receive an incomplete shipment indicates what is missing right on the courier receipt and contact Tops & Fabrics costumer care to receive clarification on.

Delays/Failures of delivery

If there are any delays, contact Tops & Fabrics customer care department after you have checked the delivery status and tracking of your order directly on the courier’s website with the credentials which you would have received by email.

If your order has not been received after 7 working days from the order confirmation, send an email to Tops & Fabrics customer care writing: name, last name, ORDER number and a telephone number, you will be contacted by one of our staff.

Sales terms

After your purchase has been carried out, you will be sent by email the order confirmation, inside the package, you will find the invoice and relevant data relating to your order.

The staff at Tops & Fabrics are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.



The user has made a purchase on the site www.topsandfabrics.com has time to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without reason within 14 working days of receipt of merchandise.

The withdrawal must be exercised by REGISTERED WITH RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED to s eguente address:

The user has time up to 14 working days to provide by registered mail of its intention to make the return.

The user must send the goods properly packed in its original packaging using a courier of your choice, and DEPENDENT.

The goods must be returned in proper condition, along with all its accessories, if any, documentation of the order and proof of purchase.

Returns are not accepted without our prior authorization and with the vector indicated by us.

On the transport document of the return, always indicate the purchase date and the number of our delivery slip, attaching a copy of label and/or barcode.

Delivery of goods

The delivery of goods is carried out when the goods are delivered to the carrier, in any case, at buyer’s risk.

Any type of complaint which is to arise due to habit or quality defect o quantity of goods, must be communicated within 7 days of received goods.

The dispute for material damaged has a value only if the courier’s “delivery note” is signed.

It is the client’s responsibility to verify the suitability of the material before using the goods. In any case, our responsibility is limited and the substitution of the goods is found unsuitable.

Missing parts or whole quantity of goods delivered cannot give reason for a complaint or a compensation request. If the goods are cut or elaborated, no returns will be accepted on goods which are sold.
Rounding off or deductions are not allowed on balance owing on our invoices.
The court of Turin shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
